Frequently Asked Questions

How does Flexio Shift benefit my company?

Flexio Shift is designed for you to only pay for the time and gas needed to complete your delivery. This means you can send as many packages as you need without paying for each one. Most companies use this service when they have 20+ packages to deliver, making their cost per package to drop below $4.00.

Do you provide the shipping label?

Flexio creates your shipping label automatically and you will need to print it and attach it to your Flexio Pool package. 

If you are using Flexio Shift, there is no need to print shipping labels. 

Do you provide customized solutions for different businesses?

Yes! If your business has a specific program need that our team can implement using APIs, our team is more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. Our sales team will also make sure you are never overspending based on your volumes. 

Can I track packages with Flexio?

Yes! Once you have your account, you will be able to monitor your Flexio Shift driver and where each package is located in real time. 

How does billing work?

We require a credit card or bank information registered on your account. Flexio bills each Wednesday if you used our services the week before. You won't be charges for anything if you do not request our services.
